Pearl Krea-Cion is a fashion brand company incorporated in the city of Brampton Canada in 2008. The brand like many other fashion brands is family owned by Ojie Eghobor whose business development skills in growth, sales and marketing has been pivotal to the growth of the brand and an added advantage for the brand. With many years’ experience as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Ojie has an eye for opportunities in the business terrain. As a result of this, Ojie is in charge of the entire management of the business.
Operational Plan
Pearl Krea-Cion from inception in 2008 has been a family run fashion brand operated from the founder’s basement in Brampton Canada which plays host to the brands immediate target audience. This in-house fashion studio houses a work station for cutting, sewing, fabric storage, client fitting and style consultation with clients.
Merchandising & Product Plan
Merchandizing in fashion industry is a multifaceted aspect that involves a lot of market research, trend forecast, planning, procurement, design and apparel presentation to meet the needs of the brands target audience. This plays a critical role in the fashion supply chain, ensuring that the right products reach the right markets at the right time/season and in the right quantities.
Marketing Plan
With the founder years of experience in marketing, we understand that a good marketing plan for an alternate brand as ours is largely about identifying and understanding from researching a group of people, their wants, needs and then satisfying it with the right products and services at a good price that’ll equally allow us break even.

The Canadian fashion industry is a dynamic, diverse and ever evolving business sector that’s big enough to accommodate new entrants. It encompasses the design, manufacturing, retail of clothing, accessories and footwear.
Target Audience
The target audience for Pearl Krea-Cion are low, mid to high class income earners from all class, race, culture religion, and ethnicity who shop for alternative fashionable clothing on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. These are people mostly within the ages of 15-40 for women and 15-45 for men.
Competitive Analysis
Pearl Krea-Cion operates in an exceptionally competitive landscape, we have a huge number of competitors, a few black owned brands already established in the Canadian fashion space amongst others. These brands mostly have their products made outside of Canada and also offer similar products to that of Pearl Krea-Cion and also target the same demographic as Pearl Krea-Cion and creates with the African prints too.
SWOT Analysis
Asides the fashion products, we hope to be involved in numerous CSR projects. This will put us in the right light as a brand not only interested in making sales but one also interested in the welfare of the community and this can be a competitive edge for our brand.
Financial Projection
Pearl Krea-Cion will earn revenue from sales of its products both for male and female at our retail outlet in Brampton. We’re currently seeking additional funding from outside angel investors to the tune of $100,000. Startup funds will be used in merchandizing, brick and mortar, marketing/PR, staff, utilities and payroll.
