Pearl Krea-Cion will earn revenue from sales of its products both for male and female at our retail outlet in Brampton. We’re currently seeking additional funding from outside angel investors to the tune of $100,000. Startup funds will be used in merchandizing, brick and mortar, marketing/PR, staff, utilities and payroll.
Based on our inventory size, location, store size, we’re projection to see annual sales of $200,000 in our first year of launching the store in Brampton. $300,000 and $450,000 in year 2 and 3 respectively.
With an average product of cost of $150 upwards $250, we’re projecting sales of a total of 100 clothing pieces each month both male and female. We understand the uncertainty in vague projections such as this but we believe we have the right products and marketing strategies to actualize this fete.
Our projections are largely based on the assumption that the economy, consumer spending habit and population growth in Brampton will continue for the unforeseeable future. We must also assume that our future buyers will continue to buy inventory from us at prices that allow us to maintain our present margins. Our company keeps a 50% profit margin on each clothing item.
