Our Merchandising and Product Plan

Merchandizing in fashion industry is a multifaceted aspect that involves a lot of market research, trend forecast, planning, procurement, design and apparel presentation to meet the needs of the brands target audience. This plays a critical role in the fashion supply chain, ensuring that the right products reach the right markets at the right time/season and in the right quantities.

Understanding this, Pearl Krea-Cion has developed a mix of products catering for both men and women fashion needs.

The core product of Pearl Krea-Cion as an African brand is the traditional African men’s tunic made with cashmere wool and fused with African prints popularly known as Ankara, an agbada which consists of a tunic and flamboyantly embroidered cape, summer two piece outfits in colorful African prints fabric and women’s dresses and gowns made from African prints fused with embellishments, or made with lace, damask or silk depending on the design being created. Pearl Krea-Cion hopes to be an alternative African fashion store offering African contemporary clothing and Brampton being a culturally diverse city works best to achieve this goal.

Brampton Canada is known for its culturally diverse nature, it is one of the most culturally diverse city in Canada and the brand hopes to use this to its business advantage as its diversity is reflected in its populace which is made up of people from various cultural background including but not limited to south Asians, Caribbean, Europeans and Africans.

With this knowledge of its immediate environment, Pearl Krea-Cion intends to design clothes that are culturally inclusive, appealing and most importantly value for money. Our products are easy to wear, colorful, fun and chic.

Majority of Pearl Krea-Cion’s products will be manufactured in Nigeria by a factory based in Lagos and turn around time for Pearl Krea-Cion to receive merchandize in Canada will be agreed between both parties in conjunction with its logistics partner.

Whilst production is ongoing in Lagos Nigeria, the company will still maintain its merchandize production in its basement factory to cater for bespoke customers.
